1 sweet onion, quartered
1 green pepper, cut into strips
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 ° F.
In a lightly oiled ovenproof dish, place potatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, oil and paprika.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir until all ingredients are well coated.
Squeeze lemon wedges over the preparation.
